Do we own the stack?
You operate a licensed installation in your environment, under your brand. You control your receivables, data and workflows. The software IP remains with Kollekt; licence terms cover deployment, updates and support.
What is included in the annual licence?
The stack, updates, support and a contracted base allowance for cases, calls and messages. We specify the units, allowance, provider charges and rates above it before you sign. No collection commission applies.
Can you integrate our ERP?
We connect your ERP, accounting, bank feeds and existing workflow as part of the one-time setup. Exact Online, Billit, Odoo, Yuki, Octopus and WinBooks are part of the offer. The integration scope is agreed around your environment and workflows.
Who runs collections and approves decisions?
Your organisation runs the operation in its own name. Your team sets policies, handles exceptions and approves legal steps. We provide and support the software; the licence does not transfer the collection mandate to Kollekt.
